2. How do I know that you received my order?
   You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your Order I.D., order summary, total, billing & shipping information.
3. How do I check the status of my order?
   Once your order has been shipped, you will receive notification via e-mail. The e-mail will have the estimated scheduled time of delivery of your package.
4. When will I receive my order?
   Pending no billing and/or address problems, all other orders generally ship within 2-3-business days. Actual delivery times depend upon the method chosen for shipment and geographic location. (***Note: No deliveries will be made Saturday or Sunday.***)
5. Will I have to pay duties and taxes for International shipments?
   Yes, all shipments outside of the U.S. will incur some form of duties and/or taxes. KCChiefs.com is not responsible for any duties and/or taxes incurred during shipment.

8. Will I have to pay the shipping for the item(s) I wish to return?
   Yes, after the shipment is delivered any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the item is damaged in transit or mis-shipment has occurred, KCChiefs.com will pay all return shipping fees.
9. Can I make a return to Arrowhead Stadium?
   No, Arrowhead Stadium Fan Shop will NOT accept any returns/exchanges from KCChiefs.com.
