Other players with retired jerseys include: K Jan Stenerud (3), QB Len Dawson (16), CB Emmitt Thomas (18), RB Abner Haynes (28), RB Stone Johnson (33), RB Mack Lee Hill (36), LB Willie Lanier (63), LB Bobby Bell (78) and DT Buck Buchanan (86).
Tamba’s Day: LB Tamba Hali registered his fifth career multi-sack game with a career-high 3.0 sacks. He now has 6.5 sacks on the season and 25.0 for his career, moving him into 11th in Chiefs history ahead of LB/DE Whitney Paul (24.0). His 15 career forced fumbles are the third-highest total in Chiefs annals. Only LB Derrick Thomas (45) and DE Neil Smith (29) have more. Hali’s three sacks were the most in a game by a Chiefs player since DE Jared Allen had 3.0 vs. Washington (10/16/05). It marked the second time this season the Chiefs have posted 3.0 sacks. Kansas City also did it at Washington (10/18).
Takeaway Stats: S Mike Brown registered his third INT of the season and the 20th of his career on a ball that was tipped by LB Demorrio Williams. DE Glenn Dorsey registered a career-high two fumble recoveries, giving him three for his career.
KC’s 20-Play Drive: The Chiefs registered a 20-play FG drive in the first half, the club’s longest since a 23-play, 87-yard FG drive in a 31-28 win vs. Cincinnati (11/13/88).
Colquitt’s Day: P Dustin Colquitt registered a career-high 53.71-yard gross punting average (minimum four punts) and the fourth-best single-game total in Chiefs history.

Charles in Charge: RB Jamaal Charles scored his third rushing TD of the season on a four-yard run in the fourth quarter. It marked Charles’ fourth consecutive game with at least one TD on offense or special teams.
Starting Streaks: G Brian Waters started his 50th consecutive game.
Chambers Joins the 500-Catch Club: WR Chris Chambers registered his 500th career reception on a six-yard catch in the first quarter.
Third-Down Stats: The Chiefs tied a season-high, converting six third-down opportunities.
Misc. Career Highs & Bests: WR Quinten Lawrence set career highs with six kickoff returns and 126 kickoff return yards. RB Tim Castille had a career-long 16-yard run.
