Refunds & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can send your merchandise back to us and we will give you a full refund for any product and tax (if applicable)*. KCChiefs.com will issue a credit to your account and/or exchange merchandise if the following criteria are met:
- The tags and the price sticker have not been removed from the merchandise.
- The merchandise has not been altered, or damaged.
- The merchandise is not on clearance, identified by prices in bold red.
- The order was placed within the continental U.S.
- Your refund is received within 30 days of receipt.
For a refund please follow the instructions below:
- Place the original packing slip or a copy of the packing slip in the package.
- Write on the packing slip that you would like a refund or inform us by phone/email.
- Be sure that the return package is sealed properly as to not incur damage during the shipment back.
- KCChiefs.com is not responsible for any lost packages en route to us for refund and/or exchange. Choose any method of shipping you like, just be sure that it is traceable in case of problems during shipment.
- Send all returns to the below address.
For an exchange please follow the instructions below:
- Please check our website for availability in the product that you would like.
- Enclose specific instructions as to what you would like exchanged, and for what product you want in its place.
- A charge of $5.00 will be applied to your account for return shipping & handling of the new item(s).
- Place the original packing slip or a copy of the packing slip in the package.
- Be sure that the exchange package is sealed properly as to not incur damage during the shipment back.
